The Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program (ERSP),which his a self-regulatory program which is based within the USA, it is also under the National Advertising Research Council, they have recognized that Proactol Ltd is providing a reasonable basis for all of the advertising claims.
This is important for customers like us that search on the internet to try and find real unbiased information on the product, and this is a very important step for Proactol. Proactol passed all the necessary information to ESRP in order for them to be able to perform there tests and create an unbiased judgment on Proactol claims made within the site and there advertisements.
It was deemed that there was reasonable basis for its general performance claims that Proactol “helps reduce” calorie intake, excess body weight, food cravings and appetite.
As part of a low calorie diet and regular exercise plan, Proactol can help provide customers with a great weight loss boost.
The ERSP looked at the following claims relating to the clinically tested fat binder Proactol, as follows:
• Help decrease your appetite
• Helps reduce food carvings
• Helps reduce excess body weight
• Helps reduce calorie intake
• Clinically proven to bind 28% of dietary fats
• Medically backed up
• Certified organic medical device
All of the above assumptions where checked and tested by ESRP, with scientifically ‘sound’ clinical trials investigated by the ERSP, they concluded that Proactol fat binder provided a reasonable basis that the product’s active ingredient – a fiber complex – has been “clinically tested”.
Now it even easier to buy with confidence.
Who are the ERSP?
The ERSP are an electronic direct direct-response industry’s self-regulatory forum, which are administered by the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) with policy oversight by the National Advertising Review Council (NARC). The ERSP try to enhance consumer confidence in electronic retailing.
